Our journey began with humble beginnings, characterized by sheer grit and determination

In 2007, the initial spark that would eventually ignite into who we are today took its first breath. After years of A/V, networking, and partnering with Microsoft, Best Buy, HP, and other major names in the tech world as an outsourced support team focused on Apple devices, in 2010, Jon Nieves (in photo), the founder and CEO, saw the opportunity to build what has today become Arc Technologies.
